What is an Estate Buyout?

An estate buyout is when a company offers you cash for everything in your home. The company will assess the value of your home's contents and offer you a cash deal. If you accept the offer, the company will clear everything out for you. In some cases, the family may choose to remove possessions that are of value to them, and the remaining contents are collected by the company.

If an agreement is made, how will the process work?

If an agreement is made, we handle everything from beginning to end. We remove everything in the home, dispose of trash/debris and leave the home broom swept. We are careful in removing the itmes so that no property is damaged. We will also box up any family photos, documents and family mementos found during cleanout.
